MARK
MICHALSKI
Principal of Central Catholic St. Nicholas School and Academy
Mark
Michalski brings with him nearly twenty years of
experience in Catholic education, having taught in
Catholic schools in Denver, Kansas City, and St.
Louis.
Most recently, he has been a teacher and
administrator at St. Louis University High School.
For the past eight years, he has served as
SLUH's Assistant Principal for Academics, leading
the school's strong academic program and directing
the professional and faith development of the
school's faculty.
Michalski has degrees in
psychology and English and is a PhD candidate in
educational leadership.
His academic work has focused on the role of
the principal in the effective integration of faith
dimensions into the Catholic school mission.
Michalski and his wife are the
proud parents of four young children.
Michalski has said that he is "very excited
about being at Central Catholic St. Nicholas because
of its strong focus on preparing children for
success in college in an atmosphere rich in
Christian values."
